Featuring Tug Gettling Sensei

GO HOME ALIVE NO MATTER WHAT!

Learn how to protect yourself and family members in your home, in your car, or on the street.

This workshop is designed for all interested individuals. You do not need to be a martial artist to attend. If you already practice Aikido or another martial art, the attributes and skills you will learn at the workshop will make the perfect compliment to your current training.

Please plan to attend both the morning and afternoon sessions. Training will include both lecture and hands-on physical practice. Wear loose and comfortable clothing. Martial arts uniforms are optional.

Japanese food and exhibits.  Martial arts demonstrations including Aikido, kendo, iaido, and Okinawan karate; Chinese tai chi and kung fu.

The festival is open to the public and admission is free. The Nihon Matsuri committee welcomes everyone to attend.

PAUL LINDEN, Ph.D., is the developer of Being In Movement® mindbody training and chief instructor at Aikido of Columbus. He holds a Ph.D. in Physical Education, a sixth dan in Aikido and a first dan in Karate, and he is an instructor of the Feldenkrais Method® of somatic education.
