Learn how to protect yourself and family members in your home, in your car, or on the street.
This workshop is designed for all interested individuals. You do not need to be a martial artist to attend. If you
already practice Aikido or another martial art, the attributes and skills you will learn at the workshop will make the perfect
compliment to your current training.
Please plan to attend both the morning and afternoon sessions. Training will include both lecture and hands-on physical practice.
Wear loose and comfortable clothing. Martial arts uniforms are optional.
