Utah and offers training in Aikido, grappling, and self defense.
Aikido is a Japanese martial art known both for it's flowing movement and martial effectiveness.
Its techniques are taught to law enforcement as the basis of their arrest and control techniques.
Founded by Tug Gettling Sensei in 1996, Utah Valley Aikido is affiliated with
the California Aikido Association and the Aikikai Foundation, Aikido world headquarters in Tokyo, Japan.
