Tuesday    4:30-5:30 pm - Children 
                  5:30-7:00 pm - Adults
                  7:00-8:00 pm - Adults (advanced)

Thursday   4:30-5:30 pm - Children
                  5:30-7:00 pm - Adults
                  7:00-8:00 pm - Adults (advanced)

Saturday   10:00-11:30 am - Adults
                 11:30 am-12:30 pm - Children (parent and child)     

Ages

Adults: Men and women - ages 15 and up

Children:  Ages 8-14. Information here 

Visitors

Visitors are invited to observe class, but to participate you must join and become a member. The only exceptions are for visitors from outside Utah Valley/members of other Aikido dojo, who pay a mat fee.
